A.R. Rahman is an Indian music composer, record producer, singer, songwriter, musician, multi-instrumentalist, and philanthropist. He has released several albums exploring pop and rock music, including Dil Se, Taal, Lagaan, Saathiya, Rang De Basanti, and Rockstar. Rahman composed the soundtrack for Slumdog Millionaire, which included the hit song Jai Ho. For this, he won Academy Awards for Best Original Score and Best Original Song, and a Grammy Award. Rahman has also composed popular songs such as Enna Sona featuring Arijit Singh, Tere Bina featuring Chinmayi and Murtuza Khan, and Kun Faya Kun featuring Javed Ali and Mohit Chauhan.
