American rock band

Stone Temple Pilots are an American rock band. They have released several notable albums, including their 1992 debut Core, 1994's Purple and 2010's Stone Temple Pilots. Their most popular songs include Plush, Creep and Interstate Love Song. The band dissolved in 2003 and reformed in 2008. Following the departure of member Scott Weiland, Linkin Park's Chester Bennington joined the band as lead vocalist from 2013-2015. Stone Temple Pilots have appeared in the concert film Stone Temple Pilots: Alive in the Windy City
